The Bodycure clinic is having a registered Clinic at Office No. 1, a- wing, Dreamland park society, gokul dham road, vijay park, Mira road, Mira Bhayander, Maharashtra- 401107
1.Right of admission: bodycure clinic management reserves sole and exclusive right to admit the client for a particular program. Client shall trust the management of bodycure clinic and carry out the suggested program sincerely to get desired result. Client shall have no argue and/or take any objection in any manner against the rights of the management of bodycure clinic. Bodycure clinic management shall have the right to restrict entry of the person who is not a member and/or whose behavior is unsuitable or objectionable.
2.Payment: Client shall pay in full at the time of admission only. Payment can be made either in cash and by any online transection app. Once the client has paid for the package and/or whatsoever reason, rates and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.Membership: Once the client is admitted to opt for the services and/or packages of bodycure clinic, they become the member of the bodycure clinic. Bodycure clinic membership is a non-transferable membership. Bodycure clinic reserves the right to cancel the membership and stop the services and packages, if the member/client/patient behaves objectionably, unsuitably; to maintain the decorum of the clinic. The money paid towards the services and/or packages shall be forfeited and immediate effect.
4.Refund Policy: Money once paid against any packages and/or services cannot be refunded under any circumstances of whatsoever nature. Money paid for a particular package by client shall br utilized by the same client/patient/member. Money will not be transferred to any other client. The management of bodycure clinic possesses the exclusive rights to decide on this. Client does not possess any right to claim the refund under any circumstances.
5.Guarantee: bodycure clinic has developed their packages based on many years of experience of the management; bodycure clinic does not guarantee the result pf any of their packages as the result varies depending upon the body type of the client, medical history detected or detected anytime in future, diet, regularity followed and circumstances. The client shall not file any complaint under Consumer Protection Act, 1956 and/or Indian Panel Code, 1860 if the desired results are not achieved. ( *Clients following our programs on average lose 1-2 kg per diet plan. Restrictions only, results may vary from person to person).
6.Services: bodycure clinic provides various services to their clients in various forms. All the staff of bodycure clinic possesses adequate training and knowledge about the services to be rendered. The results of these services vary depending upon their lifestyle, body type, skin type and/or sincerity, diet of the client and various circumstances. Bodycure clinic is committed to their services. Once the client decide to the join the services and/or opt for the packages, bodycure clinic professional shall explain the plan and schedule, relevant to the client requirements and clients are required to follow it, failing to which bodycure clinic management and professionals are not responsible for the results. All the packages and/or services have been explained in the language understood by the client, so that the client understands them. The result of the services and/or packages vary from person to person as the body type; metabolism; situation, medical history, etc. are different. Clients shall not compare their results with other clients or their friends, relatives.
7.Validity of the program: Each service and/or package designed by bodycure clinic shall have a particular validity and that shall be explained to the client at the time of joining the program. The validity period cannot be increased and/or extended. Client must follow the given schedule and/or plan to finish the services and/or packages opted for within the given time.
8.Liability of bodycure clinic towards client: if the clients get any mental and/or physical and/or emotional injury or even death/physical/mental disability and/or any temporary and/or permanent mark on any part of the body and/or any other injury in any form during any time if treatment, bodycure clinic shall not be responsible for the same under any circumstances of whatsoever nature. Neither the bodycure clinic professionals nor the bodycure clinic management shall be responsible under any circumstances of any accidents due to the use of machine and/or not following instruction provided by the client. Bodycure clinic professionals and management shall not be responsible for loss of precious items, valuables and/or cell phones, camera, i-pod, mp3 players etc. from the clinic.
9.Liability of the client towards bodycure clinic: client, client’s family members, friend and/or relatives under any circumstances of whatsoever nature shall not threaten, harass the management of bodycure clinic under any circumstances by Police, Media and/or politician and/or local dons, emails, sms, social media mms and/or putting some information over the internet in any electronic form, phones etc. if such circumstances arises any time whatsoever reason, bodycure clinic reserves the rights to sue the client under Indian Panel Code,1860. Client shall not write bad comment about bodycure clinic of whatsoever nature either on physical paper by himself/herself/and/or through the mediaand/or over the internet via email, comments, messages, blogs etc. under such circumstances bodycure clinic reserves the right to file a lawsuit against the client under Consumer Protection act1956 and/or Indian Panel Code, 1860. Client shall not fight, argue, shout, and yell for anything at the bodycure clinic. Bodycure shall have right to cancel the membership and forfeit the money paid towards the services and/or packages without any prior notice. Any kind of photography/video shooting is strictly prohibited in the bodycure clinic premises.
10.No solicitation: solicitation by the client at the bodycure clinic is strictly prohibited. If the client is found involved in such activities, the membership of such client shall be forfeited without any prior notice.
11.For the client to seek the requisite services discussed and agree upon, a validity period of the program is set for each individual and is conveyed to them. Failing to use the services in the stipulated time will lead to the expiry of the validity and the management will not be responsible for the intended result.
12.Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the client to acquire package will lea to immediate cancellation of the service.
13.Vehicles parked by the clients in the premises are at their own risk.
14.Outside/personal food beverages are strictly prohibited from being carried inside the center by the clients.
15.The right to present any package at any particular rate to any client to any client rests with bodycure clinic. Any comparison done by the client to anyone else in anyway will not stand acceptable.
16.Picture, photocopy taken of any property or having any belonging like enquiry form, client record book, receipt book, etc. of bodycure clinic is strictly prohibited. If the client is found guilty, it will be considered as theft and bodycure clinic reserves all the rights to take legal action against the same.
17.Termination of package will be done if the client is absent or not in contact with bodycure clinic for a longer duration of time.
18.No conversion or reformation of any package will be done under any circumstances.
19.The diet should be strictly followed and maintained on a regular basis. If the client is coming with an increased weight or inches for weight loss/ spot reduction or is coming after long gap, medical condition, diet is not followed or any other reason for increased weight or irregularity. If in this case session are continued than the remaining weight loss/ inch loss is to be considered from that increased weight/inches so as to achieve the assured weight loss/inch loss.
20.Sincerity/regularity is highly recommended to achieve the assured result of weight loss/inch loss/ Spot reduction and to all other services provided by Bodycure clinic.
